This adversary proceeding came on for hearing on September 21, 2006, on the defendant’s Motion to Dismiss Amended Complaint (Doc. No. 24). The defendant, Kimberly Ann Cameron, is the wife of the debtor, John Robert Cameron. Within one year preceding the filing of this bankruptcy case, on September 15, 2005, the debtor made three sizeable transfers of money to his wife.
