[1] Appellant/Defendant, Willie'Moore (“Moore”), appeals his convictions for Level 6 felony resisting law enforcement1 and Level 4 felony unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon.2 Moore, a former resident of the Coppertree Apartment Complex.
