ARNOLD, Justice.

On October 7, 1949, various plaintiffs as holders of promissory notes executed by the defendant, Oklahoma Silica Sand Co., Inc., filed this action to foreclose the mortgage given on the personal property of said defendant as' security for said promissory notes. Blanche Brashears, plaintiff in error here, was made a party defendant because it was alleged that she claimed some right, title, or- interest in the mortgaged *296property.
