Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Chemung County, rendered May 23, 1975, convicting defendant, upon his *682plea of guilty, of the crime of robbery in the second degree. Defendant, aged 21, was indicted for the crime of robbery in the second degree and conspiracy in the second degree. A codefendant was also indicted on the same charges. A third person who was an employee of the victim and working at the time of the alleged robbery, was permitted to plead to one conspiracy count.
