Statement.

BLAIR, J.

This suit was instituted by appellant bank, seeking to recover on a note lor the sum of $2,500, executed by H. W. Baker, John Carter, and W. E. Jamar, jointly, and payable to appellant.

Baker and Carter filed a formal answer, and judgment .was rendered against them for the full amount of the note, against which no complaint is made on this appeal. Appellee W. E. Jamar filed an answer, alleging an accommodation maker or surety, payment, release, accord and satisfaction, and equitable estoppel.
