This case is before the Court on the Motion to Dismiss [Doc. # 15] filed by Defendants 1556311 Alberta Ltd. f/k/a SureTech Tool Services, Inc. (“1556311”), SureTech Completions (USA) Inc., Sure-Tech Completions Canada Ltd., Sanjel Corporation, Sanjel (USA) Inc., and Sean Campbell.
