This case involves an action by Antoinette Czarski, the surviving mother and personal representative of Edward Bonk, deceased, to enforce a divorce judgment entered on July 14, 1994, in Oakland County Circuit Court against defendant Barbara Bonk, decedent’s ex-wife.
