At Omar Sharif McKoy’s trial for cocaine possession, the district court granted McKoy’s motion to suppress evidence found on his person during a pat-frisk search conducted by the police after McKoy was stopped for a parking violation. The government appeals the order granting the motion to suppress. We affirm.
