In this matter, the parties’ twenty-eight-year marriage ended in divorce on September 21, 2011. Plaintiff Francis Nathaniel Clark appeals from a provision contained in the final judgment of divorce requiring him to pay $600 per week as alimony to defendant Denise Lockwood Clark. At trial, plaintiff proved defendant secreted $345,690 from their closely held business during their marriage.
