MEMORANDUM OPINION

The Debtor filed this adversary proceeding to determine whether his obligations to his estranged wife, Margaret Sparks, under an Antenuptial Agreement (“Agreement”) were discharged by confirmation of his plan of reorganization. The Debtor has moved for summary judgment in his favor on the grounds that those obligations are not excepted from discharge by § 523(a)(5), but were discharged by confirmation of the plan.
