The Scranton Stove Works, a corporation of the State of Pennsylvania, presented its petition to the Public Service Commission averring that it had entered into negotiations with the Pennsylvania Coal Company, a corporation which was closely allied to the Erie & Wyoming Valley Railroad Company and had practically *341the same officers in its management, for the purchase of a tract of land adjoining the right-of-way of the railroad company; that during the negotiations George B.
