NELSON, Circuit Judge:

Michael G. Michaels appeals his convictions for: (1) mailing an explosive device with the intent to kill or injure another, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1716; and (2) causing the interstate transportation of an explosive device with the intent to kill or injure another, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 844(d) and 2(b). Michaels contends: (1) that the district court erred in refusing to order production of the postal inspectors’ rough interview notes; and (2) that the evidence at trial was insufficient to support his conviction under 18 U.S.C. §§ 844(d) and 2(b), because his…
