Introduction

Plaintiff Donald Comstock (“plaintiff’) brought this action against defendants Alex M. Steinbergh (“Steinbergh”) and R. Stanley Bowden (“Bowden”), the trustees of Porter Square Trust (collectively, “defendants”), for equitable relief (Count I), a determination of title (Count II), misrepresentation (Count III), breach of contract (Count IV), negligence (Count V), unjust enrichment (Count VI), and violations of G.L.c. 93Á, §2 (Count VII).
