LUMPICIN, Justice., This is an appeal from a temporary injunction issued by the 44th District Court of Dallas County, Texas. .The suit was filed by the appellee, Best Motor Lines, against the appellants, International Broth- , erhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs,- Ware- ' housemen and Helpers of America, .Local No. 745, A.F. of L.; four union officials; and seven of appellee’s employees, George Prda, George Franklin, J.
