In this suit, filed by petitioner, Best Motor Lines, a temporary injunction was issued in the trial court, after a hearing without a jury, against International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America, Local No. *97745; four of its officials and representatives, to-wit: M.
