The infant plaintiff obtained a judgment for the sum of $4,000 and her father a judgment for the sum of $300 upon the theory that the infant plaintiff received the injuries complained of through the negligence of the defendant’s servants.

The record discloses that on May 28, 1926, William Schneider-man and his family started on an automobile trip to extend over Decoration Day.
