THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant Secretary of the Amy John McHugh’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 29). Plaintiff Rosemary Torres filed this suit against Defendant alleging retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, and age discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.
