This is an action of discovery on the part of the plaintiff to which the defendants filed an answer and cross-complaint also asking a discovery. After hearing, the court entered judgment in favor of the plaintiff on the complaint and the defendants upon the cross-complaint, directing a discovery by both parties, and the defendants have appealed. From the finding these facts appear: The plaintiff is the widow of William C.
