Affirming.
In the early afternoon of September 1, 1932, the appellant and defendant below, William Shelton, stabbed Harold Bird with the bayonet of a rifle, whereby he died soon thereafter. At the trial of an indictment returned by the Whitley grand jury accusing him of murdering Bird, appellant was convicted of voluntary manslaughter and punished by confinement in the penitentiary for 21 years.
