Beversing.
Upon Ms separate trial bad February 21, 1934, under an indictment charging him, Henry Fyffe, and James Fyffe with the murder of Alma Fyffe, John Fyffe was convicted of manslaughter and his punishment fixed at five years in the penitentiary.
