This is an interlocutory appeal from a district court order granting class certification. See Tex.Civ.Prac. & Rem.Code Ann. § 51.014(3) (West Supp.1994). The Texas Association of School Boards Workers’ Compensation Self-Insurance Fund (“the Fund”) and several independent school districts, ap-pellees, represent a class composed of the past and present members of the Fund.
