MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
JOSEPH A. GASSEN, Bankruptcy Judge.
Plaintiff, Takeuchi Mfg. (U.S.), Ltd. (“Takeuchi”) commenced this adversary proceeding by filing a complaint against the defendant, Lester Fields (“Fields”), seeking to have Fields’ debt to Takeuchi declared nondischargeable. Following discovery and three amendments to the complaint, trial of this adversary proceeding was held on July 24, 1984, on Takeuchi’s Third Amended Complaint.
