Appeal from a judgment of the District Court of the First Judicial District granting a peremptory writ of mandamus directed to the defendant, commanding him to enter judgment in favor of Manuel Cariaga, plaintiff, against Thomas A. Sanchez and others, defendants, in accordance with the verdict of a jury in a certain action tried in the County Court of Los Angeles County.
