VAN DUSEN, District Judge.

An indictment was returned against defendant Markley and seven other defendants which charges in Count I that the defendants conspired to violate 18 U.S.C.A. §§ 472 and 473, in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 371.1 There are 13 overt acts set forth under Count I which are alleged to have been done in furtherance of the conspiracy and to effect the objects, designs and purposes of said conspiracy.
