Eldridge, Judge.

The State appeals from the trial court’s grant of Judy Ladean Ledford’s motion to suppress three baggies of methamphetamine powder Hall County narcotics agents Casper and Neville found in Ledford’s black fanny pack. In granting the motion to suppress, the trial court found that (1) Ledford was detained by the agents without reasonable, articulable suspicion; and (2) Agent Neville searched Ledford’s fanny pack without consent. This Court will not disturb a trial court’s findings on a motion to suppress if there is any factual basis to support the trial court’s legal conclusions.…
