The trustee objects to the debtors’ claimed homestead exemption in a house located in Charleston. The parties have submitted the case to the court upon an agreed statement of facts.
The debtors filed their bankruptcy petition on November 30, 1982. Before that date, the debtors had ceased operating their own business in Charleston, and Mr. Grindal had secured employment in East Millinock-et.
