ORDER
DEVINE, Chief Judge.
This action is presumably founded upon diversity of citizenship. 28 U.S.C. § 1332. Plaintiffs complain that defendant wrongfully discharged them from employment and defamed them. Defendant moves for summary judgment.
The Court briefly restates those facts not in dispute. Defendant employed plaintiffs who promoted sales of defendant’s tobacco products. Plaintiffs carried with them for promotion tobacco products purchased from wholesalers.
