Charles B. Munday, plaintiff in error, and William Lorimer, Sr., Harry W. Huttig, Thomas McDonald, Charles G. Fox and John K. Segrave, were jointly indicted by a special grand jury in the criminal court of Cook county, the indictment consisting of thirty counts, charging them with the crime of conspiracy.
