Defendant Gregory Goodner was charged by information with one count of robbery (Pen. Code, §§ 211-212.5, subd. (b)). The information alleged he had previously been convicted of four separate serious felonies involving burglary of an inhabited dwelling (Pen. Code, §§ 667, 1192.7) and had served three separate prior prison terms (Pen. Code, § 667.5, subd. (b)).
