Daniels, J.:

The plaintiff is a judgment creditor of the defendants Leopold Rindskopf and Meyer Rosenthal. Executions were issued upon his'judgments, being four in number, against the property of the debtors, which were returned unsatisfied, and the object of this action was to set aside as fraudulent an assignment which the judgment debtors executed and delivered to the defendant Abraham Rosenthal, for the benefit of their creditors.
