Mark Anthony Robinson (Robinson), pro se, appeals an Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Centre County (common pleas) dismissing Robinson's causes of action, which he filed under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 ( Section 1983 ) 1 alleging that his constitutional rights were violated by a number of Pennsylvania Department of Corrections' (DOC) employees while he was an inmate at the State Correctional Institution at Rockview (SCI-Rockview).
