Laughlin, J.:
This is an action for damages sustained by reason of personal injuries to the plaintiff alleged to have been caused by the defendants’ negligence. The grounds upon which the plaintiff seeks a reversal of the judgment are the inadequacy of the *181verdict and alleged erroneous rulings in excluding evidence and in instructing the jury.
