Respondent, Gregory E. MMieli, D.D.S., appeals an order of the State Board of Dental Examiners (Board) affirming an initial decision of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) which placed his license to practice dentistry on probation for one year. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
In May 1993, respondent was charged with several violations of the Dental Practice Law, § 12-35-101, et seq., C.R.S. (1991 Repl.Vol. 5A). The charges involved respondent’s care and treatment of several patients and included allegations that he had failed to treat them in accordance…
