C & K Coal Company (Employer) petitions for review of the order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board *3(Board) which affirmed the referee’s decision awarding Frank G. Crissman (Claimant) temporary total disability compensation benefits for coal worker’s pneumoconiosis pursuant to Section 108(q) of The Pennsylvania Workmen’s Compensation Act1 (Act).
