MEMORANDUM OPINION

BULLOCK, Chief Judge.

This action began when Plaintiff Candor Hosiery Mills (“Candor”) filed suit against Defendant International Networking Group, Inc. (“ING”) in the General Court of Justice, Superior Court Division, Moore County, North Carolina. Defendant ING removed the action to federal court, alleging diversity jurisdiction. Plaintiff responded by moving to remand the case to state court, on the ground that the jurisdictional amount was lacking.
