In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Suffolk County Department of Social Services, Child Support Enforcement Bureau, dated April 20, 2012, which, in effect, denied the petitioner’s request to recalculate the amount of child support arrears owed by him, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Tarantino, Jr., J.), dated May 6, 2014, which, upon a decision of the same court dated March 21, 2014, granted the petition, annulled the determination, and directed that the petitioner’s child support account reflect that the total…
