The defendants are the Sherwood Distilling Company, a Maryland corporation, hereinafter called the Company, John H. Wight, its president, his brother, William H. Wight, its secretary-treasurer, and his son, Frank F. Wight, one of its salesmen. They are all citizens of Mainland. The two elder Wights between them hold a majority of its capital stock.
