The Superior Court, in an action brought in June, 1908, against the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad Company as “a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Connecticut and located and having its principal place of business in the town of New Haven”, has ordered it to perform specifically a contract to which it was a party, entered into in that town on June 25th, 1906.
