In this will contest, contestants Bruce Sanders and Joyce Wryn seek to have the will of their deceased father declared invalid. He bequeathed one dollar to each of them and left the bulk of his estate to his former wife, respondent Jordan, and to a trust for the benefit of his grandchildren (contestants’ children). Contestants challenge the will on three grounds: decedent lacked testamentary capacity; the will was the product of undue influence by Jordan, and the will was the product of an insane delusion.
