This action grew out of what was found by the trial court to be a partnership agreement in the ownership and operation of a lease on certain lots in Boulder City, Nevada, stages, automobiles, equipment, machinery, appliances, furniture, and fixtures, together with the buildings on said lots, for a period of five years.
