RUSSELL, District Judge..Plaintiff sued defendant upon a promissory note originally in the principal sum of $7,124.18, which had been reduced by twenty-five payments credited over a period of a year and a half to the principal sum of $4,875.16, and seeks a special lien upon real estate described in a deed to secure debt executed contemporaneously with the note and to secure its payment.
