Defendant-appellant, Thomas L. Reagan, appeals a decision of the Warren County Court of Common Pleas granting the claim of plaintiff-appellee, William J. Gabriele, d.b.a. Gabriele Insurance Agency, on an account, and dismissing appellant’s counterclaim.
