Appellant, Timothy Alan Bingaman, was convicted of Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Weapon While Committing a Felony, Concealing Stolen Property and Possession of a Loaded Firearm, all of which were charged After Former Conviction of a Felony in Case No. CRF-87-1253 in the District Court of Oklahoma County.
