STREIT, Justice.
A man claims his allergies drove him on a shopping spree to three different stores to buy cold medication and lithium batteries. Lance Heuser was convicted of two counts of possession of a precursor with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Heuser argues the police officers did not have reasonable cause to stop the van in which Heuser and his companion were driving and there was insufficient evidence to support the convictions.
