ORDER GRANTING THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

The Court has under consideration the Motion of the Plaintiff, the United States of America, for Summary Judgment. Doc. 12. In its Motion, the United States asks the Court to find that the Defendant’s debt to the Social Security Administration (“SSA”) of $22,320.06 for an overpayment of Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”) is not dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) because of the Defendant’s failure to notify SSA that she had returned to work.
