WALTER J. KRASNIEWSKI, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court upon Defendants’ motion to dismiss Plaintiff’s complaint to determine the dischargeability of a debt, upon Plaintiff’s memorandum in opposition thereto, and upon Plaintiff’s motion for leave to file instanter its complaint to determine dischargeability. Under the circumstances of this case, the Court finds that Plaintiff has failed to establish the requisite “excusable neglect” for the Court to grant an extension of the time for the filing of a complaint and that, therefore, the Complaint should be dismissed as…
