The matter pending before the court is that of two uniform *945traffic tickets or simplified traffic informations filed against the defendant Timothy Chappie for allegations of speeding 43 in a 30 in the City of Oswego October 21, 1989 in violation of section 1180 (d) of the Vehicle and Traffic Law and a violation of section 511 (2) (a) of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, aggravated unlicensed operation, second degree, an unclassified misdemeanor on the same date, time and place.
