THIS MATTER came for consideration on Plaintiffs Renewed Motion to Compel. Indemnity Insurance Company of North America (IICNA) filed opposition to the motion. Plaintiff did not further reply.

Plaintiffs motion requests that the Court compel “Defendant”2 to produce documents which Plaintiff requested in letters dated March 9, 2001 and March 10, 2001.
