HILL, Justice.

Omar Tusshani (Appellant) alleges that the district court erred by failing to grant him an extension of time in which to file a notice of appeal pursuant to W.R.A.P. 2.0l1(a)(1). We conclude that Appellant has failed to demonstrate excusable neglect and affirm.

ISSUE

Appellant posits a single issue for consideration:

Was it error for the district court, under the circumstances of this case, to fail to grant the appellant an extension of time to file a notice of appeal under W.R.AP. 2.01(a) before the time to grant such an extension had expired.
