The plaintiff, East Grand Forks Federal Savings and Loan Association, the mortgagee, appeals from a judgment dismissing its action against the mortgagors, their successors in interest, and the tenant for recovery of rents claimed under a written assignment of rents contained in a real es*125tate mortgage, which mortgage is in default.
